Bricks for the "Polar Bear"s are located separately, right in front of the entrance near the armored tank.
As soon as he receives a few more orders, Stan Bozich plans to also install a brass memorial plaque for the
Polar Bears that will be flush with, and surrounded by, the individual "Polar Bear" bricks.  If you would like to
memorialize a "Polar Bear" or any other veteran, print out this page, fill it out and mail it with your check to the
address given at the bottom of the order form.

From the small print on the order form:
4 x 8 bricks may have up to 3 lines with 13 characters per line, including punctuation and spaces.
8 x 8 bricks may have up to 5 lines with 13 characters per line, including punctuation and spaces.
If emblem is desired, notate choice in line number.
