Here is a letter written by Lee from the Railroad Front, dated March 9, 1919, that was reprinted in the local newspaper, "The Plymouth Mail".
Lee became a police officer in Plymouth, Michigan in 1933 and eleven years later became the chief of that Police Department. Here is a photo of him in uniform alongside his wife, Mary. Next to the photo is his obituary.
